Dear Customers, we’re working to make your every purchase and every product accurate and genuine. We’re also following the Bangladesh government rules and regulation for e-commerce business.

Before place your order please read products description, specification properly. Products picture is just a sample. Only seeing the photos please don’t submit your order in our website.

For online home delivery you must check the product in front of the delivery man or you must record the unboxing video. Without any unboxing video we are not accept your claim.

If there is a manufacturing fault or does not work after receiving the products then please inform us with proper documents within 24 hours.

Returns/ Refunds / Exchanges/ Warranties will not Applicable:

• If the item is not in resalable conditions
• If products physically damage or burned
• If products are under Clearance sale items
• Refund time duration will applicable more than 10 days
• Refund charge will be applicable BDT- Tk. 100-200 
• If the products intact seal or sticker removed
• When purchase from shop, you must check in front of salesman
